Returns and refunds depend on the seller, product type, item condition, delivery status and the issue reported. Always start from your order page so Upfrica can review the correct order details.

When a return may be accepted

  • Item arrived damaged or faulty
  • Wrong item was delivered
  • Item does not match the listing description
  • Order did not arrive after the expected delivery window

What may not be covered

  • Changing your mind after using the item
  • Damage caused after delivery
  • Products collected or accepted without reporting an issue in time
  • Payments or agreements made outside Upfrica

Refund timing

Refund timing depends on the payment method and review outcome. Card refunds can take several working days after approval.

Buyer safety

Keep payments, order messages, return requests and disputes inside Upfrica. This helps support review your case properly.

How to request help

    Take photos or screenshots showing the issue, such as damage, wrong item, missing item or delivery problem.

    Send your order number and evidence to Upfrica support so the case can be reviewed.
