Pickup and collection
Some sellers may offer collection or local pickup. Always use the pickup details shown on your order page.
Delivery times
Delivery times are estimates. The final delivery promise depends on the seller, courier availability, product readiness and buyer location.
Buyer safety
Keep orders, payment, delivery updates and disputes inside Upfrica. Do not pay sellers or agents directly outside the platform.
