Configure delivery coverage, costs and estimated times for your products.

A delivery profile controls reusable delivery coverage, methods and prices. Product-level fulfilment settings then decide which products use that profile.
Create a reliable delivery profile
- Use the real dispatch address for the products covered by the profile.
- Choose only countries, regions or local areas you can reliably serve.
- Add the seller, courier or supported delivery methods actually available.
- Keep local, national and international coverage separate where their costs differ.
Show complete prices and timing
- Include the genuine courier, fuel, packaging and handling cost.
- Set realistic preparation and delivery estimates.
- Use product adjustments only when an individual item genuinely costs more or less to deliver.
- Avoid hidden charges after checkout.
Fulfil the method selected at checkout
- Confirm the exact product, quantity and delivery choice on the order.
- Record dispatch only after the parcel is handed to the delivery provider.
- Add valid tracking or delivery evidence where requested.
- Keep delivery changes and buyer communication inside Upfrica.
Keep Click & Collect separate
- Delivery profiles do not enable seller pickup.
- Create and verify a pickup location in Buyer pickup settings.
- Enable Click & Collect separately on each suitable product.
- A pickup order uses a collection lifecycle and must not be marked dispatched.
Important
An Upfrica-assisted delivery option appears only for eligible orders and locations. Do not promise that Upfrica will manage delivery when the option is not shown.
