Offer safe product pickup

Upfrica Click & Collect is product-level fulfilment backed by an active, verified seller pickup location. It is not a delivery shipping profile.

Create and verify the location

• Add the pickup address, public area, opening hours and buyer instructions.
• Choose when the exact address may be shown to an eligible buyer.
• Submit the location and requested evidence for Upfrica verification.
• Keep the verified address and operating details current.

Enable suitable products

• Enable Click & Collect separately for every suitable product.
• Connect the product to the correct verified pickup location.
• Do not offer pickup for stock that is unavailable or unsuitable for collection.
• If the verified location changes, complete any required re-verification before offering it again.

Prepare a prepaid pickup order

• Confirm payment and reserve the exact product shown on the order.
• Mark Ready for pickup only when the complete order can be handed over.
• Do not use dispatch for a Click & Collect order.
• Do not request cash or another payment for the prepaid order.

Verify the handover

• Confirm the item and order with the buyer at the location.
• Scan the buyer's QR credential or enter the six-digit collection code during handover.
• Never accept a code sent in advance as proof of collection.
• Successful verification records Collected and starts eligible payout processing.
