- Pickup where a seller offers collection
- Courier delivery for eligible products
- City or state-level delivery where the seller supports it
Pickup and collection
Some sellers may allow pickup. Follow the pickup details shown on your order page and do not arrange payment outside Upfrica.
Delivery times
Delivery times are estimates. The final delivery promise depends on the seller, courier availability, product readiness and buyer location.
Buyer safety
Keep orders, payment, delivery updates and disputes inside Upfrica. Do not pay sellers or agents directly outside the platform.
