Returns & Refunds Help in Ghana

For Ghana orders, return and refund support depends on the seller, product type, payment option, delivery status and the issue reported. Keep all order messages and payment activity inside Upfrica where possible.

When a return may be accepted

  • Item arrived damaged or faulty
  • Wrong item was delivered
  • Item does not match the listing description
  • Paid order was not fulfilled
  • Delivery failed and the item was returned

What may not be covered

  • Changing your mind after using or damaging the item
  • Agreeing a separate deal directly with the seller
  • Paying outside Upfrica where online payment was available
  • Reporting an issue too late after accepting the item

Refund timing

Refund timing in Ghana depends on the payment method, seller response, delivery evidence and review outcome. Mobile money, card or manual refund options may vary by order.

Keep payments, order messages, return requests and disputes inside Upfrica. This helps support review your case properly.

How to request help

    Collect clear evidence

    Take photos or screenshots showing the issue, such as damage, wrong item, missing item or delivery problem.

    Contact support

    Send your order number and evidence to Upfrica support so the case can be reviewed.
